At Aroha Health Service Pty Ltd, we are committed to providing specialised transition support for individuals with lived experience of mental health challenges and disabilities. We focus on assisting individuals moving from:

✔ Hospitals & Aged Care Facilities – The Elderly who wish to return to their homes instead of entering a rest home.

✔ Mental Health Ward care – Patients seeking structured reintegration into independent or supported living.
